- Unused data lasts up to 12 months
- Your oldest data is used first
- Unused data from both your monthly data pack and top-up data carry-over
- If you cancel your carry-over data option you will lose all unused data
- Data Pack downgrades are not permitted within three months of the last upgrade
- Unused data may not be used for a refund or credit
- Unused data will be lost if you terminate your EOL account
- Carry-over data may not be assigned to another user
